The Legend of Lymphont

Lymphont was the son of a court painter in Paris. He grew up in an atmosphere that was very much about a central authority who had sort of absolute right to chop streets through a city. Lymphont falls under the patronage of George Washington, just like his father was under the painters of the King of France. And he has the support of Washington to design this giant city which goes so far beyond what anybody could put him capable of imagining.
