The Planning Cycle

The planning cycle was devised by ic stephen king, the father of account planning back in the 19 sixties. It basically asks five questions: where we are and why are we here? The next t the third question is, where could we be? And that's really where the objective part comes in, and laying out the goals. So people who are, you know, er from different parts of an organization have different understanding of what you're trying to do.
