Sally Kohn: Can we go back to emotional literacy a little bit? We talked about why it's hard for adults. But adults have trouble regulating because we don't get enough practice in childhood, at least to some degree,. And we have trouble identifying for the same reason and it's not be highlighted enough in our day to day. For folks who are working on their kind of emotional literacy, understanding their feelings, regulating their feelings as adults, can you give us some tips or exercises that might help with that? She says she has an acronym called RED-R-E-D which is used by her clients when they're feeling heightened.
