The Importance of Resting for Two More Days After Feeling Well

In a perfect world then, and this is interesting, because I'm realizing that my guidelines to my athletes are so over cautious. My advice to athletes who've been sick or had a cold has always been, rest for two more days after you feel well again,. So if there is still that lingering fatigue, I would use that as a symptom. It sounds like we can take much more of an approach like that than a blanket two more complete weeks off.
