Neetizing Fatiitus

i think necrtizing fatiitus is a difficult diagnosis. There are a lot of things that could cause us to suspect it, but it's very hard to rule it out. Even with relatively normal abs ind relatively imaging, the patient can still have neetising fatiitus. Don't rely on your labs.
