Most people probably just need to walk a little bit more and then watch what is going from their hand to their mouth. Those are kind of those small bits. We'll add up to a lot over time, especially if you look at that over a seven day period. It's not kill yourself for two weeks and then you'll get there. But how long can you keep that up for? Yeah. That's why people start hating it and they just lose motivation because I wouldn't be motivated doing that.
