Sublime and bostons were two of the biggest scaw bands of the nineties. Sublimedo baan formed in 19 88 in long beach, california with a thriving underground art and music scene. Bostons' next album reached number 27 on the billboard 200 and wen platinum with song about drug ediction, alcoholism and the numbing effects of mass media. The band's former manager Danny goldberg knew a thing or two about taking an underground band into the limelight.
