The Importance of Receptivity in Leaders

You work with leaders who are outliers and innovators in their respective industries. Do you find their approach to thinking about their industry different than most of the other people out there? Generally, yes, generally, yes. A lot of times it's also that they I would say more more succinctly that the DNA for that is there. The seeds of that are there. And in most cases, those seeds have already been planted and blossomed. But a lot of times they've forgotten about those seeds because they've lived in this environment for so long.
