Do People Do It?

I haven't actually tried to sleep to it but I will say I was thinking about it the other day because on the one hand you're saying a lot of stuff that's meditative and soothing. But then on the other hand you know where you bring up Bernie made off and that's that just stressed me right out. Well I might actually put it on my phone tonight as his wife and I go to bed and see what happens. Do people do it?
