I think it's more important that you train your temperature regulation by changing the temperature just like the nature would change the temperature when you go out. I mean of course the activation of your sympathetic nervous system is going to be higher and faster or at least faster. Because of that you can just stay in the water for a shorter amount of time if the temperature is higher then you can go for a little bit longer. Not every time you don't have to do that if you have a plunge and it's it's a certain degree is then you can keep that maybe four weeks or two or whatever but changing it over time is would definitely challenge yourselves.
