The Importance of Guerrilla Research Methods

I think you've got to be a little bit careful with all this guerrilla research or quick research methods. They're a way of getting off your ass and doing something instead of waiting for, you know, talking so much about precision. And if you follow my blog, you'd realize that I used a lot of comics in my work but I went to Kevin Shanks Workshop as well. It made me hard stuff to actually get managers to start drawing and sketching on paper. But it's really, really worth it if you get to that point.
