Strength Training for Runners

A lot of amateurs do strength training just because they want to look better, feel better. If you don't spend some time working on strength training or some kind, you're going to eventually develop bad habits in your running. I would recommend someone that works with runners understands a runner's needs specifically from a biomechanical standpoint and can give you a program that's individual to you.
