Was It a Recent Suicide Note?
The note was written on the back of a letter Hess had received less than a month earlier in July, 1987. Wolf accepted that it was written in his father's handwriting and thus the Rudolph Hess wrote it. But he found it suspicious that the four powers apparently didn't find the note in Hess's pocket for one or two days after his death That could leave time for the note to have been planted on him.
