The Power of Listening
The interview process itself was transformative. In my study, there was no intervention,. There was no therapy, there were no watch this video and there was none of that. It was just listening to their experiences of men over three different conversations. And then I did a follow up interview with them five years later, and then 10 years later, and then 15 years later. Several of the participants said these three conversations we had were the most or one of the most powerful experiences of my entire college experience.
