The Barriers to Accessing Care

Nearly six in 10 Americans report experiencing at least one problem with their health insurance. This is an area of focus for us, and we've actually put out proposed rules or guidance about some of the red tape that you've talked about. It's also what I like to call the ancillary or the healthcare adjacent services. These things really can affect your ability to access the care because it's not just about your healthcare.
