The Importance of Ending Trauma
I would love to actually have watched and listened to her work with that resistance to the deep painful stuff. But I guess for me it was a really good reminder that sometimes it is deep and difficult work but you've got to kind of hold in there. The thing is that anybody who's gone through counselling knows there comes to a point where you are so emotionally exhausted and drained from just going through the process. And another thing that you would actually be able to tease out in supervision, good supervision right? Yes.
