Do you listen to audio books or anything like that? I've tried in the past and it doesn't like, maybe I am spoiled by podcasts. Like there's either going to get a dopamine hit or just like, you just feel like you're a fly on the wall. It's just that so fulfilling. For courses for me, most of the way they're traditionally structured, like as, as through normal school, it'd be, it would be hit or miss.
