Sally Kohn: We should have granted a rehearing on Bach to clarify that regulation of the medical profession is not a First Amendment free zone. She says it would mean anything a doctor says can be absolutely regulated in its entirety by the state. "It gets so messy," she adds, 'because counseling is a values laden process"
