Special Operations Command - What Is It?
Special operations command was formerly enacted as a hybrid organization. General clark is also responsible for the manning, training and equipping of that force. He has a global wide mission that is not focused on particular geographic area of responsibility or area of interest. The word special means different when it comes to special operations forces and our missions.
