What's the Retail Bank Money Circuit?

The team colors I'm going to choose here are red for the retail circuit, the private circuit and a bleak blue for the wholesale circuit. Commercial banks issue money. They create it out of thin air when they lend. That money is circulated among bank money users who then pay that money back. New loans are created and the loans get bigger and bigger and bigger. And that's just how the system works. Now let's turn to the public circuit. It is the Federal Reserve. Who is using money in this circuit? Broadly speaking, there are three classes of users.
