The Threats of Image-Based Profiling
In the past 14 years that I've had my independent lab. The first is just helping biologists extract what they want to extract out of images. But the other side of the group is entirely data science driven. It's a very similar concept where we just measure as many features as we can, perhaps extracting features with deep learning or classical image processing.
