I feel like as much as I love Siri, I love how she helps me sometimes. And it's funny how we kind of personify. It's just a machine. But we have to get through these growing pains. This is a lot of learning and the robots only as smart as the people programming it. So we have to keep innovating. We have to keep making it smarter. You wrote a really interesting article called the UX of ambient driven experiences. They're trying to think in that holistic end-to-end experience. The term owner-to-owner will soon be more popular.

Joe Johnston inspires us to embrace the superpowers of curiosity and empathy for our users and business owners.
