I was the same when I worked in like tech support internet tech support and it was just like I literally can't do this. Don't waste your money on culinary school unless you are planning on making a career out of being a chef. Experiment, don't be afraid to get out of your comfort zone try some ingredients that you've never worked with. And ask yourself why don't I like this but and why do other people like that so you kind of understand the psychology behind food as well.
