Are We as We Do Based on Qualifications?
We take the best applicants, and I want to say this upfront, there is no right or wrong in this, in my opinion. You could argue with me all day long, but if you have a written set of standards, and you abide by those sets of standards, that's really what I think works for us. If they meet all the criteria, even if there's risk mitigation or whatever the case may be, we will give them a conditional approval. And as long as they say they accept it and they do everything, you know, then we'll go forward with it. It hasn't bit us. We've always been standard that way.
