Traders: Is It a by on Dip?

It could be right here, right now to day, as the bottom. But i'm with you that it's a by on dip. Does it goadnd give a much better tactical entry at a better price? I don't think it's possible to use technical analysis to figure out where that is. The question really here is, maybe, from seasonality perspective, is that all we're going to get on this particular cycle?
