Bumble started as a concept and idea called Merci. It would have been much more inclusive from a gender and non-binary standpoint. When I left Tinder, I was on the receiving end of a lot of hateful behavior. And so then to have my phone feed me toxic, hateful, rhetoric all day long, it about took me down.
