What Character Flaws Matter to the Success of the Enterprise?

i think relentless focus on one thing to the exclusion of other things is a different argument than a character flaw, right? That said, we all have character flaws. And some of us just get lucky and our flaws aren't pulled out and high lighted. Other people just stumble into situations where their flaws become the pivot on which all else turns. I'm just th wi for what particular yor right? i mean, thinking locally here, as i have friends who are incredibly successful, but if you told them toke drive their kids to school, they'd be likewirs the school?
