What Do You Think Has Really Contributed to Zero?

We were walking around Sydney and there would be an accounting firm that we would just walk past and it was zero everywhere. So what do you think has really helped you guys catapult to that kind of global brand, especially in the small business community? Well, I think, uh, any since we understand that business is all about relationships. And so whenever we move into a new region, the first thing we do is pick up the phone and call accountants and bookkeepers.
