How to Develop a Learning Culture

Research shows that L&D uptake is not very high, and we really have to work on developing a learning culture. The simple take-on is pay attention to people's attention. If you can track where people's attention is, you can know if learning is happening or not. There are four conditions that need to be high for the learning to stick. It's attention generation, which means like really working at making meaning. Emotions need to behigh, which means people are feeling something. You need to have pretty high spacing. And you need people to come back over and over and over.
