Is There a Point Where Unrecoverable Engines Are Not Recoverable?
The engine cores locked up, so the engine just basically seized up. At that point, when they tried to do their a pu engine re starts, it was impossible. The captain should have taken control of the plane and done it himself, but he didn't. This is why their n two course speed never got above zero,. Because everything was locked up and fused together because it was so hot. Eventually, if given enough time, enough cooling, things start to move again. But they don't know that.
