The Importance of Branding in a Tech Company
The Regis has been brought to win the past, but their valuation at the time that rework had that nearly 50 billion valuation was still only like four or five billion. The difference between renting a Regis office and an office within a co-working space is you can be 2x, 2x the numbers. You go to the Regis, very plain, there's no communal spaces, it's very much just boxes. But that's fine, because that obviously works for some people. There's a market for that. It comes into a bigger discussion around where you fit in the competitive arena.
