joe byden: There are two states in eastern europe where i think are plausible flash points for an early effort to test what you're talking about. One is ukraine, of course, where there is a, you know, on going conflict and the other is belerus. He says if lukashenka is no longer in power, a new government comes in that may be a little bit less reliable to russia. Byden: The way out of this particular confrontation is the west, including the united states, providing a much, much stronger support to u Krane.
