The way that we interact with our mothers is often through these kind of unspoken feelings, or there is a sort of obviousness about how we feel about mother. With this book, when you are really digging into father's existence, and what father means to your family and to everyone, there is a greater reliance on text. There is like a physical record that's slightly different from the way mother is constructed as a family figure. And in please look after mother, many of these things come through kind of offhand conversations, phone calls, things like that. But with father, there is more of a written component to that.
