How to Be a Better Social Leader

Christopher: I kind of hang out with the only people I knew because those were the ones that I knew through like the small group that we have like from my own country here. And now it has definitely changed that I'm hanging out a lot more with people like I do like. The one thing that I enjoyed the most and like I have read a lot about it and never really practices was like journaling. So through the home works and the work sheets, you actually have to think about every, all of the exercise that you did through the week.
