The Counterproductive Approaches to Demonization

I think a lot of people's initial impulse is okay I'm going to arm myself with facts and logical reasoning. What I think almost never works is just debating someone at least not if you start with that arguments don't work. Demonization and stigmatization of people tends to only drive them deeper into their beliefs. The number one most important thing within the context of racist movements and white supremacy is having positive interactions with members of other races.
