The Importance of Relationships in UX Design
Kristin: I really like doing jigs on puzzles. So much of UX design is trying to put the puzzle pieces together without flipping them over first. Andrea: OO UX was a very systematic way to make sure we were exposing the relationships and exposing them in the right way. Kristin: Having at least a five minute conversation with your team or even a 30 second conversation about what you're looking for can go a long way.
