In the standard formulation of generalativity, time is fully specialized. So you can talk about absolute simultaneity in that plane, but there is no special slice of that universe. There's no one slice that sticks out and says, hey, this might represent some sort of a present moment, but now in the worse ye. This is the view which goes with the philosophy of eternalism, which is pretty much what's believed by most physis.
