The Secular Heresy of Belief

I wonder if you could say that that christian heresy of belief has a secular form. We want to hang out with the people who believe as we do and we want to write off the people who don't because that is the real inch. The way that belief mitigates against anxiety that helps me not have to deal with the otherness of the other um yeah absolutelyabsolutely.
