Is There a Distrophe in Inclusion Body Myacitus?

We have time for audience questions. Well, i almost wonder if at some point we're going to be checking titers on folks who are immuno suppressed to see, and if we'll learn how to interpret titers. So the question is, i wouldn't expect to see atrophy. Would that change my deferential? There's a caviot that some of the inflammatory miopathies do have a quick pace, but there's really only one or two that would worry me. And i don't think anyone's ever complained about a a couple o extra minutes in their day.
