The Importance of Competition in Artificial Intelligence
Many consumer facing corporations have effectively rolled over for the Chinese government to access those consumers. What a company does in China is to some degree, its business, as long as they don't transfer sensitive technology and so on. But that shouldn't have any impact on what we allow in the United States. We want innovation to go more towards helping people rather than machine intelligence.
