The WGA and the WGA in General Aren't Effective

RJ: Prof G, you've said that screenwriters have no currency in the market compared to directors and compared writers to tenured professors who don't pull their weight. And it's not like these media companies aren't making record profits. They pay their executives enough to meet the WGA's demands many times over. So respectfully, Prof G, what do we do to capture the wealth that we're generating for all these other people? Square this circle.
