David Perry: I don't think that what Sam is saying is that you're not allowed to have the intuition he's saying look you are making a distinction in your intuitions. The burden is on you distinguish what are the sets of causes or the sets of forces that are making your blame in this case yourself blame more appropriate than any other case if it really is tumors all the way down for everybody.
