Barca: Risk is very much tied to pricing. Many vestments will enable you to make money if you buy them at the right price. You have to calculate in how much you're going to put into that property, and then what is your price? What are your transaction costs, what are your carrying costs? And then is there enough profit to make it worth while? That all depends on the price thatyou're going to pay. So pricing really matters.
