There is always a symmetry of power to hierarchical power, or structural power that you've described. As it is a fairly obvious one, because the hierarchy of the organization oget an organi gram. But there's power around knowledge, around crisma, around the networks that we have the contacts, the resources that we have access to. And how do we do that? We don't disempower one person. We empower the other. Through that process, we give them an equal voice and equal stake and equal size.
