What Are the Three Pillars of Optimization?
At linear ba ot of or at either uses linar b, or heard me talk about liniar b, we actually talk about running a metrix, a programme based off of three pillars. The first one is business allignment, which i think aligns to your second pillar. Our second lar is what we call pipe line observability, which essentially alowng alliance to your first category,. And our third pillar is actually something that we call work flow optimization. What have you found from an implementation standpoint with these categories? Nothing. You really need to understand where you are operating, and then make sure that you're solving specific goals like that.
