Every boulder problem is going to be different depending on whether it was in the sun that day or the aspect or whether it gets wind. And yeah, sometimes the conditions aren't going to be ideal, but you just can't know unless you go out there. Steven: What do you think is the best bang for your buck strength training exercise that relates to climbing? Cody: My biggest goal in climbing is to become a certified mountain guide which requires me to climb at 10 plus level on various rock types.
