Willie Green's Reputation as a Head Coach Was Not Established

Willie Green is getting to call more shots on who's on his staff and I presume that he was ready to make a change in that regard. They brought in jake burrago this year which is is kind of a big move for the soundtrack and burrago actually has a very good relationship with Willie. Aaron Nelson who was a much heralded when they brought him over for Phoenix is now shifting to a different role so they're going to take a different approach with some of the training stuff.
