Relationships - The Slow and Steady Way
There was so much of me as a relational being that only had the experience of relating or connecting to others based around that very surface experience of stress and how that would present in my relationships. I didn't necessarily bring anything outside of the most recent stressful experience to my friends when I would talk to them about what's what's going on with me it would always be some version of complaining around what was stressful. The slow and steady route I think is long-term the most sustainable way yeah. It's this huge stimulating experience of these intense highs and these low lows I've seen some rapid transformations but nine times out of ten when I see works and working well long-term is small
