The Power of Buying the Liesing

The church has an authority to adjudicate serious cases. In Matthew 16, Jesus says to Peter, whatever you bind on earth will have been bound in the heavens, plural. And so there's a different, there's a distinct papal authority. There is still a primacy in Peter's authority there. So notice Jesus is there among us when we pray.
