Do You Have a Side Hustle?
I think it's very tempting when somebody's goal is to start a side hustle. They go through a season where they're saying yes to everything because they feel like there's no money coming in. And then even when they graduate to having more clients, they still have that survivor's mentality. I if you continue to try to serve everyone, you become placating. You start to dilute your ability to be good at anything. With thums, i found usually the first maybe 200, an 50 thousand revenue, specifically for service companies, you can kind of serve anybody anyway.
